Our Services

Wilson Commercial Cleaning offers cleaning services for businesses and special areas throughout Melbourne.
The company provides cleaning, office cleaning, cleaning for medical centres cleaning for schools cleaning for childcare facilities cleaning for gyms, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, restaurant cleaning, warehouse cleaning builders cleaning, end of lease cleaning council contract cleaning and public toilet cleaning.

Quotes and Cleaning Services

We make cleaning quotes based on what the customer tells us and what the customer's place needs.
The customer and CBD CLEANERZ PTY LTD have to agree on what work needs to be done, how often we clean and what services we provide.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must give details about the place they are renting, how they can be accessed when the place is open and what cleaning needs there are.
Customers need to let us know about any situations that could change the way cleaning services are offered.

Scheduling

Cleaning services are scheduled based on the agreement we made. If things change, customers need to reach out to us as soon as they can to talk about any changes that are needed.

Payments

Payment terms and pricing will be shared when we provide the quote or the service agreement. The details about how much it will cost and when payment is due will be included in the quote. This information is part of the service agreement. We will make sure to include all the details about payment, in the agreement.

Changes to Services

Where the cleaning needs change, the service plan might be looked at again to make sure the cleaning program that was agreed on still fits what the customer needs.
